Day 1

Welcome to Mexico City!

Upon your arrival in the Mexican capital, our team will extend a warm welcome, ensuring your seamless transfer to one of the city's most romantic hotels. Situated near a beautiful park and a charming avenue adorned with restaurants, sightseeing spots, shops, and more, the hotel sets the perfect stage for your stay. Day 2 

City Tour of the Historic Center and Bar Hopping

Start off by visiting the historic center which represents the foundation of the city founded by the Aztecs. Explore its beautiful colonial buildings and cultural spots such as the Zocalo, Bellas Artes Palace, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the most ornate post office, the exterior of Templo Mayor, and the spectacular colonial architecture of the Museum of National Art (MUNAL).

After your tour, you’re probably going to be hungry! Lucky for you, there are taquerias in each corner. But if you are craving something more special, we can recommend a variety of top restaurants with spectacular views and delicious food. Another romantic spot is for sure the top floor of the skyscraper “Torre Latinoamericana” for the best view of Mexico City and the valley.

 

As evening descends, indulge in a guided mezcal tasting experience, sampling six distinct spirits.; go into a deep journey of the history of mezcal and agave spirts while you have an amazing time in a mysterious location. Or if you prefer to go on your own, we can provide the ultimate bar hopping route through the chic and bohemian Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. Conclude your night with a delectable dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants in the area.

Day 3

Chapultepec Park and Castle, National Museum of Anthropology, Polanco, and Bellas Artes Show

Today you will visit the neoclassical Castillo de Chapultepec, situated atop a hill in Chapultepec Park. Its numerous rows of windows, captivating history, and elegant atmosphere provide a striking contrast to the spectacular modern cityscape below.

 

Later, immerse in the history of the area even before the existence of the state of Mexico at the Anthropology Museum. Polanco is the go-to place for seeing and being seen in Mexico City. Nestled on the north side of Bosque de Chapultepec, it boasts expensive boutiques, nice top restaurants, and plenty of upscale bars. Now is the perfect time to savor a delicious, luxurious lunch! Nearby, the Soumaya Museum of modern art awaits.

 

 Whether you have the soul of an artist and want to explore the exhibitions or prefer to admire the architectural masterpiece from the outside, there's something for everyone. Polanco hosts two of Mexico City's most acclaimed restaurants just a few blocks apart: Pujol and Quintonil. Pujol is more traditional and understated, while Quintonil leans towards the adventurous. However, there are unlimited restaurants for you to choose depending on your taste preferences.

 

To culminate your day on a high note, immerse yourself in the vibrant rhythms of a Mexican folkloric ballet at the beautiful Palacio de Bellas Artes.

Day 4

Cooking Class – Roma Norte

Spend your morning immersed in Mexican food culture during a delightful morning cooking class held at a charming studio in the trendy neighborhood of Roma Norte, complemented by a market tour around the same area. Explore the wonders of Mercado Medellin, where you'll discover an array of fruits, flowers, tortillas, and more.

 

As you stroll through Roma Norte, you'll notice a distinctly European ambiance, characterized by wide boulevards and tree-lined streets adorned with shops, cafes, and restaurants on the ground floor and apartments on the upper levels. The streets and parks, such as "Parque España" and "Parque México," are enchanting, bustling with people walking their dogs, engaging in lively conversations, or cycling to their destinations.

 

Consider exploring Roma's unique boutiques and weekend bazaars, catching the latest exhibition at Gallery OMR and MAIA Contemporary. If you're a book enthusiast, lose yourself in the pages at Casa Bosques library. Alternatively, visit MODO (The Object Museum) for a nostalgic collection of curiosities.

Day 5

Xochimilco and Coyoacán

Experience the mystical sunrise aboard a trajinera in the canals of Xochimilco, where the Aztec city of Tenochtitlán was founded. Let the dawn's tender touch awaken your soul as you embark on a journey through the historic waterways. Indulge in a delicious lunch, cultivated and prepared by local communities, offering a taste of authentic flavors and a glimpse into their cherished traditions. Additionally, you have the option to visit an axolotl farm, dedicated to preserving these mystical amphibians known for their extraordinary ability to regenerate body parts, unfortunately nearing extinction.

 

Later on you will make your way to Coyoacán, famous for its charming cobblestone streets, vibrant art galleries, colorful architecture, and bustling artisan markets. Its tranquil village-like atmosphere makes it easy to forget that you're in a metropolis of 22 million people. Explore Coyoacán Market, where narrow lanes are filled with local merchandise, allowing you to savor traditional Mexican treats and finding some souvenirs to take back home. Following this, visit Frida Kahlo's Blue House, the birthplace and final resting place of the renowned Mexican artist, transformed into a museum celebrating her life.

 

Conclude with a delightful meal at one of the many outdoor restaurants in Coyoacán, boasting a charming and traditional atmosphere along with a diverse offering of national and international gastronomy.

Day 6

Teotihuacán Hot Air Balloon

Early this morning, wake up for the top romantic experience in a private hot air balloon ride over the Valley of Teotihuacán. Witnes the stunning sunrise illuminating the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon as they pass beneath you. Upon your return, surprise your taste buds and senses by having breakfast in an exotic restaurant inside a natural cave. Day 7

Road Trip to San Miguel de Allende

Let’s go to the heart of Mexico! Embark on a 4-hour journey from Mexico City to the picturesque town of San Miguel de Allende, where breathtaking landscapes unfold before your eyes. This charming Pueblo Mágico is renowned for its colonial architecture, romantic ambiance, historic buildings, luxurious boutiques, and an array of chic restaurants, cafés, and bars. Get comfortable in your delightful hotel room and take a moment to unwind. We can recommend some lovely restaurants for lunch!

 

As the evening falls, join a private tour discovering all the secrets and tales that are told in this magical town. Wander through its narrow alleys, small squares, and historic mansions, transporting yourself to another era. Or if you really want to feel like cowboys in an old movie, get ready for a horse ride through San Miguel's oldest and most historical traditional cantinas. Day 8

San Miguel de Allende

Today is up to you! Here are some recommendations for your day:

  • Vineyards: Indulge in a delightful visit to local vineyards, savoring exquisite wines amidst the scenic beauty of the region.

To close up this enchanting day, we recommend you stroll around the illuminated zocalo at night. Day 11 – 13

Puerto Vallarta

For the next couple of days, indulge in the pleasures of your vacation at your own pace. Whether you prefer to indulge in the hotel spa, lounge by the pool, or engage in a round of golf, the choice is yours.
